Introduction
Dodford Manor is situated between Daventry and Northampton. This family-run, award-winning barn wedding venue is set within 20 acres of beautiful countryside and can accommodate 20-200 guests. Licensed for civil ceremonies, guests will have sole use of the environs. The Grain Store is used as the Bridal Beauty Booth. The historic Mortain Barn is used for the ceremony and has natural light, stone and flagged floors, exposed beans and ironstone walls with ‘arrow slit’ windows. It also has a gallery which is ideal for photographs and musicians. The Oak Barn is beautifully crafted oak-framed and has a wall of glass from which guests can look out over the glorious Northamptonshire countryside. Adjoining the Oak Barn is The Dairy Wedding Bar. You can be assured that the Dodford Manor Wedding Event Manager and in-house caterers, Jenkinsons, are available to ensure that you are well looked after.

The Best Locations to Ensure Perfect Wedding Photos at Dodford Manor
Dodford Manor offers you so many amazing photographic opportunities – you’re really spoilt for choice at this wonderful venue in Northamptonshire. The driveway and large open fields with sheep in the backgrounds always makes for some lovely shots.
The courtyard also offer you so many beautiful backgrounds – you could just use this area alone for your couples portraits. The ceremony barn is another stunning spot to use after the ceremony has finished. The sunsets perfectly overlooking the large open field so if you’re lucky enough to get a magic sunset on your special day then I’d always recommend taking 5-10 minutes to head out into the field to capture those all important golden hour shots.
