The impressive traditional barn is a magical setting for weddings, with its high ceilings, and exposed beams, Milling Barn has a rustic feel and period charm which lends itself perfectly to both your ceremony and wedding breakfast.
Spacious and sophisticated, the Barn is truly beautiful and a breath-taking place to celebrate your special day. The Barn is illuminated with soft lighting which further highlights the original timber framework and beams, and gives a special glow that complements the natural daylight which floods in through the windows. Milling Barn is a stunning location for a wedding, with its beautiful picturesque surroundings. To ensure that your wedding album is filled with stunning images, there are a few key locations that you should consider. Firstly, the stunning arched entrance is an obvious choice and are often a must-visit spot for any wedding photographer. With the perfectly presented outside terrace area, and beautiful flowers, this large open area provide the perfect backdrop for romantic and timeless photos. Don’t forget the iconic Milling Barn swing just over the road and finally the incredible open fields out the back of the venue should ideally be explored if time permits.

It was evident from our first communication with him that he was both incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel immediately at ease. From the outset, Brad was always on hand to answer our questions and the catch-up video call a few weeks prior to our big day enabled us to run through the plan with him. When he arrived at the bridal suite on our wedding day, he was so calm and positive, which was exactly what any bride needs whilst they’re getting ready. He was happy to chat with us all and get to know us, so that he could capture the natural moments. One thing we loved about Brad was his ability to effortlessly blend in with our guests, so he could achieve candid photos easily; everyone absolutely loved him and were still raving about him the next day. The group photos were a breeze with Brad behind the lens. During our couples’ shoot, as well as throughout the day/evening, Brad was full of creative ideas and poses which helped both of us relax and have a laugh with him – it really felt as though Brad had got to know us during the whole process and knew how to reflect our personalities. Not only this, but he quickly sent through a sneak preview of some of his photos, which were so lovely to receive the day after our wedding. The photos are stunning and we cannot wait to see the rest of them in a few weeks. We would 100% recommend Brad to anyone who would like a friendly, down to earth and highly professional photographer.
