Why I love being a Hertfordshire Wedding Photographer
Hertfordshire is a beautiful county in the south of England (one of the
home counties), known for its charming villages, bustling market towns,
and stunning countryside. With its excellent transport links to London. It
borders Bedfordshire the north-west, Cambridgeshire to the north-
east, Essex to the east, Greater London to the south,
and Buckinghamshire to the west. Hertfordshire has a lot of history, in
particular St Albans with the remains of the Roman town of Verulamium
which allows multiple photograph opportunities for example the fabulous
cathedral. It also includes the twin garden cities of Letchworth and
Welwyn Garden City and the popular towns of Berkhamsted, Harpenden
and Tring. To the north, close to the Cambridgeshire border is the
historic town of Royston. It also covers the Chiltern Hills a landscape of
remarkable beauty and character that possesses unique geological,
ecological and cultural heritage features, again providing stunning
locations for photographs.

I have had the privilege of capturing countless beautiful moments on couples’ special days. Hertfordshire wedding photography is all about preserving the memories and emotions of one of the most important days in a couple’s life. I strive to capture every detail, from the bride’s smile as she walks down the aisle, to the groom’s nervous anticipation, and immortalising them in stunning photos that will be cherished for years to come.
If like me, you’re not a big fan of being in front of the camera then I can also offer pre-wedding (aka engagement) sessions. Think of it as a dress rehearsal for your big day, allowing you to get used to being photographed the camera and the added bonus is we get to know each other better too! These sessions are perfect for sharing on social media, wedding invites and even signing books or frames.
So whether you’re planning a large wedding or a small intimate family wedding. Whatever your plans might be, I’d love to hear from you.
